Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Shipping And Handling Orders in the UK/A (Mainland Only) are sent by 1st Class Post up to the weight of 2kg. Orders over this weight are sent by Business Post. UK/B Offshore Islands.Scottish Highlands & N.Ireland. 1st Class Post up to 2kgs, over, by Parcel Post. Eire & Europe(EU) by Air Mail up to 2kgs, over by Parcelforce Standard or Business Post/Fedex. Rest of World Orders up to 2 kgs Air Mail, over by Parcelforce Worldwide or "Business Post/Fedex " Please be sure to chose the correct Shipping Zone as if an incorrect shipping zone is chosen an adjustement will be made and if necessary correct charges applied.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order as soon as possible. You will normally expect to receive your UK order in 4 - 6 working days. Europe & International Delivery Times:- Up to 2kgs Air Mail 4 - 7 working days. Parcelforce 5 - 8 working days. If we anticipate delivery being longer we will notify you via email or phone. If special delivery requests are made, necessary charges may be applied. Most items sent will require a signature, Business Post will attempt to deliver a consignment twice both times leaving a card if no one is available to sign for the goods. After the second attempt Business Post will return the goods back to us. Charges will apply.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Some back orders may require a deposit.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT exempt.
