|Delivery Schedule We deliver your order as soon as possible. You will normally expect to receive your UK order in 4 - 6 working days. Europe & International Delivery Times:- Up to 2kgs Air Mail 4 - 7 working days. Parcelforce 5 - 8 working days. If we anticipate delivery being longer we will notify you via email or phone. If special delivery requests are made, necessary charges may be applied. Most items sent will require a signature, UK Mail will attempt to deliver a consignment twice both times leaving a card if no one is available to sign for the goods. After the second attempt UK Mail will return the goods back to us. Charges will apply.|
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
