PLEASE NOTE. This part is for use with 13 tooth starter motor idler drive gear. For further information, see Triumph Service Bulletin 194. To view a video on how we replaced the sprag clutch on one of these bikes in our workshop please click on video link below. (Click your BACK button to return to this page). The video is for Triumph engines that have the removal inspection access plate fitted to the top of the crankcase. Later engines did not have this removable plate. As a far as we are aware engine removal and stripdown is required to replace sprag clutch on engines that do not have plate. More information click on the "MORE" button.This will also fit the Thunderbird models of the same era up to engine number 114892.
